Over the past 20 plus years since Kingsbury Realty was founded in 1985 by David Hume and Kelly Ticknor, Kingsbury Realty has grown to one of largest and most productive brokerages in Canada.
In 2007 we saw a growing number of Sales Representatives in traditionally residential brokerages conducting commercial transactions. Kingsbury Realty began a commercial sales program with the goal to become an industry leader in providing service and support for commercial real estate that was equal to the large commercial brokerages.
The program was based on the idea that the management, staff and systems needed to compete in the commercial market place could be provided by a larger residential brokerage at a fraction of the cost charged by the “traditional” commercial houses.
In a very short period of time, this program proved to even more successful than anticipated.
By providing in-house, commercial only management, support staff, marketing and research tools, database and referral networks, and drawing on the strength of the Royal LePage name in the commercial market, Kingsbury realty has built one of the largest commercial teams and created a unique business opportunity for both commercial and residential Sales Representatives that cannot be found anywhere else in our market.
