Over the past 25 plus years Kingsbury Realty and its Sales Representatives have won every award for sales and service that is obtainable.  Kingsbury sales representatives consistently rank in the top award categories for production and collectively have one of the highest per person production rates in the Canadian real estate industry.

During the 1980’s Kingsbury Realty expanded the idea of full service real estate by providing secondary services to the Sales Representatives and their clients.  In-house marketing, legal and mortgaging centre were created.  These innovations have grown to include The Mortgage Centre (a full service mortgage company that deals with all lenders and all types of financing) and an on-site Print Shop (capable of producing quality marketing products at economical prices) available to you 9:00 am to 9:00 pm Monday to Friday.

In the 1990’s Kingsbury realty also embarked on a program to be an industry leader in providing and using technology to better service our Sales Representatives and their clients.  We continue to supply better and faster computers and printers, the most up to date software and prospecting tools and on-site tech support and training.

In 2006, Kingsbury Realty joined the award winning Royal LePage real estate franchise system.  The reason was simple.  Royal LePage supplies better service to its brokers and agents at a comparable cost to other franchises, allowing our agents to do more business and make more money.  Their reputation with the public is second to none in the real estate industry and opens many doors that other brands do not.

Did our sales representatives like the change?  After 1 year, we had retained 99% of our original representatives and had hired a number of new ones.  We had had over 70% of our people take advantage of Royal LePage training and advertising programs.  All of our agents have received the advantages of being with a large corporation while maintaining the flexibility of working for an independent broker.
