For Experienced Sales Representatives

Sales representatives who have been in the business for 2 years or more have the option of plans from 85/15 to 95/5 splits.  No fee plans are available.

Large private or semi-private offices are available.

Transfer packages up to $5,000.00 are available for sales representatives who transfer their registrations.

New To The Business

Royal LePage Kingsbury Realty offers custom-made remuneration packages.  We do this because the needs of an experienced sales representative that is 15 years into their career are different than the person that is brand new to the business.  We have successful “Teams” in our office that have different needs and challenges and their commission structures and contracts must reflect these needs.

NO FEE OR TRANSACTION BASED PLANS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE.

Team Plans

Team plans are customized depending on the size of the team, the accommodations needed and support staff requirements.  We have the infrastructure, and staff to accommodate teams of any size.
