A Group-Coaching Program
As a participant in the program, you will receive:
- A personal, one-on-one consultation with your coach
- Eleven teleconference calls with up to nine other Royal LePage Realtors from our network (occurring twice a month, for six months)
- A resource manual & a marketing logo
During your coaching, you’ll gauge your successes, get pointers from your coach and share ideas with other committed group members. You’ll get the focus and business start-up plan you need to succeed quickly at a high level.
Your UP and RUNNING coaching will focus on:
- Building your business plan
- Implementing business systems to reach your pre-determined targets
- Instilling accountability for your weekly actions to achieve those goals
